作者簡介

　　簡·R·威廉斯（JanR.Williams）安永會計師事務(wù)所的會計培訓(xùn)師及田納西大學(xué)諾克斯維爾分校工商管理學(xué)院的院長。威廉斯博士是美國注冊會計師協(xié)會會員，并于1994年同時獲得田納西州注冊會計師協(xié)會和美國注冊會計師協(xié)會授予的“杰出會計教育者”稱號。他是1999—2000年美國會計協(xié)會的主席，迄今為止有五本著作面世，并且在權(quán)威的會計學(xué)雜志上發(fā)表了七十多篇文章。
