　　本書是曾毅教授在北美、歐洲匿名評審刊物上發(fā)表的學術(shù)論文選集，分為三個部分：第一部分探討了中國人口老齡化、健康長壽、養(yǎng)老保障與政策研究方面的問題；第二部分分析與預(yù)測了我國家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的變動趨勢；第三部分是關(guān)于我國生育、出生性別比、人口動態(tài)與政策分析方面的內(nèi)容。

作者簡介

　　曾般，現(xiàn)任北京大學中國經(jīng)濟研究中心教授、博士生導師，北大老齡健康與家庭研究中心主任，美國杜克大學（Duke University）教授，杜克大學中華人口與社會經(jīng)濟研究中心主任，及德國馬普研究院（Max Planck Institute）杰出研究學者。在北美、歐州發(fā)表英文學術(shù)論文66篇，其中40篇發(fā)表在匿名評審的國際一流刊物。在國內(nèi)發(fā)表論文60篇，其中40篇發(fā)表在國家級核心學術(shù)期刊。在歐美出版英文專著2本。在國內(nèi)出版中文專著3本，教材一本，編著4本，譯著1本。到2002年3月31日止，國際上最權(quán)威的文獻引用檢索系統(tǒng)SSCI（Social Science Citation Index，社會科學引用索引）及SCI（Science Citation Index，科學引用索引）記錄，有420篇其他學者在國際學術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表的論文引用了曾毅的論文與專著的研究成果；其中306篇引用的是曾毅作為第一作者的成果。曾榮獲二項國際學術(shù)獎及國家科技進步二等獎，國家教委科技進步一等獎，全國哲學人文社會科學一等獎等11項省、部級及全國學術(shù)獎以及北京大學人文、社會科學突出貢獻獎。
