作者簡(jiǎn)介

  lanFoster,網(wǎng)格計(jì)算領(lǐng)域國(guó)際著名的研究者和領(lǐng)軍人物。他于倫敦皇家學(xué)院獲得計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)博士學(xué)位,是美國(guó)阿爾貢國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)學(xué)與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)部副主任和高級(jí)科學(xué)家、芝加哥大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)教授、美國(guó)科學(xué)發(fā)展協(xié)會(huì)委員和英國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)委員。他的研究領(lǐng)域包括大規(guī)模分布式計(jì)算的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)及應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)出版了5本著作,并且在并行計(jì)算,分布式系統(tǒng)及高級(jí)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域發(fā)表了超過200篇論文和技術(shù)報(bào)告。由于在并行編程語言方面的杰出成就,他于1989年被英國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)授予技術(shù)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)。
