Thomas W.Joseph，教授，2002年始受聘到廣西大學(xué)任教。他是一位具有30多年教齡的加拿大研究方面的教授。他從事加拿大研究多年，曾作為交換學(xué)者到英國(guó)和美國(guó)講學(xué)，除了大量的研究成果，他還擁有較為豐富的大學(xué)教材編寫(xiě)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如1985年和2001年他在加拿大分別撰寫(xiě)了兩本大學(xué)課本：Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms和Essentials of Canadian Politics and Government。
