作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　姜利美，男，生于1956年2月，山東蓬萊人，山東大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授，法學(xué)博士，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。世界羅馬法研究會(huì)理事、山東省調(diào)解委員會(huì)調(diào)解員、山東濟(jì)南市國(guó)際貿(mào)易法學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。于1995年-1997年在意大利羅馬大學(xué)科法學(xué)院研究國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)法和羅馬法，曾應(yīng)邀在波羅尼亞大學(xué)、羅馬大學(xué)、薩薩里大學(xué)講學(xué)。精通英語(yǔ)、意大利語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ)等多門外語(yǔ)，使用英語(yǔ)講授國(guó)際商法近二十年，積累了較豐富的、使用英語(yǔ)講授法律的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在《法商研究》、《政治與法律》、《國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)法論叢》《國(guó)際貿(mào)易問(wèn)題》等刊物發(fā)表論文六十多篇。主持完成省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。出版著作五本，其中代表性著作有：《國(guó)際商法學(xué)》（上海人民出版社2003年版）、《國(guó)際商法學(xué)》（山東大學(xué)出版社2003年版）、《國(guó)際商法專論》（山東大學(xué)出版社2004年版）、《國(guó)際商法》（英文版）（法律出版社2004年版）。
