作者簡介

　　J.史蒂文·奧特，科羅拉多大學(xué)公共行政學(xué)博士，現(xiàn)任猶他大學(xué)政治學(xué)系教授、社會(huì)科學(xué)和行為科學(xué)學(xué)院院長。奧特教授在公共行政學(xué)、非營利組織、人力資源管理、組織理論、組織行為和組織文化等領(lǐng)域撰寫和主編了大量著作和文章。
