作者簡介

　　朱羿錕，博士，暨南大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副院長，兼任廣東省人大常委會立法顧問、廣東省人民檢察院專家委員會成員、中國法學(xué)會經(jīng)濟(jì)法研究會理事、英國行政管理協(xié)會資深會員，掛職任廣東省東莞市人民檢察院副檢察長。主持和完成國家和省部級科研項(xiàng)目12項(xiàng)，其中主持國家自然科學(xué)基金應(yīng)急課題1項(xiàng)。在《現(xiàn)代法學(xué)》、《政治與法律》、《民商法論叢》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)法研究》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)法論叢》等刊物發(fā)表中英文論文100多篇。其中，中國社會科學(xué)院系統(tǒng)的權(quán)威刊物5篇，英文論文10多篇。獨(dú)立出版著作和教材11種。
