Katsuhikl Ogata,1956年畢業(yè)于美國加州大學(xué)伯克利分校,獲得工程學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)為美國明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)退休教授,出版了多部自動(dòng)控制理論和工程應(yīng)用方面的書籍,其中Modern Control Engineering在國際上頗有影響,已被譯成了中、法、俄、日、西班牙等國文字出版發(fā)行。
