本教材共有五個部分,主要內(nèi)容有:第一部分為聽和說(Listening and Speaking),分五個章節(jié)。其內(nèi)容包括:1)日常生活,2)公共關(guān)系,3)外貿(mào)事務(wù),4)商務(wù)洽談,5)商務(wù)會展。該部分重視語言共性教學(xué),訓(xùn)練應(yīng)用英語的口語和聽說技能。第二部分為寫作(Writing),分三個章節(jié)。該部分結(jié)合專業(yè),強調(diào)實用文體模擬寫作方面的訓(xùn)練。其內(nèi)容包括:1)個人事務(wù)寫作訓(xùn)練,包括簡歷、申請信、名片等;2)一般商務(wù)公文寫作訓(xùn)練,包括便條、通知、報告、邀請函、證明信、感謝信、抱歉信、備忘錄、會議記錄、圖表等日常商務(wù)寫作內(nèi)容;3)商務(wù)事務(wù)寫作,包括廣告、建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系、推薦信、詢盤和報盤、訂購、支付條款、投訴與調(diào)解等商務(wù)往來的信函寫作。第三、四部分為翻譯(口譯和筆譯)(Interpretation and Written Translation),共六個章節(jié)。其內(nèi)容包括:交際對話、禮儀用語、信用用語、商務(wù)用語等。第五部分為商務(wù)同聲打字(Business Audio Typirlg)。包括各種業(yè)務(wù)文字快速錄入。
