　　《國際移民法學(xué)》闡明了國際移民法學(xué)的研究對象及其理論體系，強(qiáng)調(diào)移民立法必須堅(jiān)持“遷徙自由”等四項(xiàng)基本原則，在比較國際社會現(xiàn)行護(hù)照、簽證和國籍法律制度的基礎(chǔ)上，簡述了亞洲、歐洲、美洲、非洲及大洋洲若干國家的移民法律與政策，指出《申根協(xié)定》對國際移民活動的影響將是深遠(yuǎn)的。《國際移民法學(xué)》的出版有助于《中華人民共和國出入境法》的制定，對指導(dǎo)我國公安、外事機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門的業(yè)務(wù)工作，對依法規(guī)范移民中介、留學(xué)中介、勞務(wù)輸出中介亦有參考價(jià)值。

作者簡介

　　翁里籍貫福建福州，下鄉(xiāng)知青，中共黨員。1988年7月畢業(yè)于西南政法大學(xué)刑偵專業(yè)，獲法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1991年1月至1993年2月，赴美國瓦爾帕萊索大學(xué)法學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)。歸國后，現(xiàn)任浙江大學(xué)光華法學(xué)院碩士研究生導(dǎo)師；兼任浙江警察學(xué)院客座教授、浙江省國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法研究會秘書長，《中華人民共和國出入境法》立法論證專家之一。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋簜刹閷W(xué)、司法鑒定學(xué)、國際移民法。曾主持多項(xiàng)省部級課題；已出版的著作有《國際移民法理論與實(shí)踐》、《犯罪偵查學(xué)》、《美國法律概論》、《國家安全與反滲透問題研究》、《超級謀殺者的心理畫像》、《轉(zhuǎn)型期罟民安全指南》等；在《中國社會科學(xué)文摘》等國內(nèi)外刊物上用中英文發(fā)表專業(yè)論文80余篇。其中若干論著榮獲省部級優(yōu)秀成果獎。
