作者簡介

　　陳慶柏，對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學英語學院教授。1965年從對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學外語系畢業(yè)后留校，主要從事商務(wù)英語（其中包括法律英語，金融英語和外貿(mào)英語）的教學。1980-1981.1986-1987分別被學校選派到美國斯坦福大學和英語倫敦經(jīng)濟學院研修國際商法和世界經(jīng)濟，1993年曾以客座教授身份在英國艾克斯大學講學并進一步研修商法。主要著作有：《美國商業(yè)訴訟》（舊金山翻譯公司）、《外貿(mào)英語手冊》（商務(wù)印書館）、《英漢雙解法律詞典》、《金融英語閱讀》（世界圖書出版社）、《涉外法律英語》、《外國銀行法》（法律出版社）、《證券英語》（機械工業(yè)出版社）、《國際學出版社）。其中《大學外貿(mào)英語》入選為我國“十一五”國際級規(guī)劃教材，同時成為新世界商務(wù)英語系列教材之一；《大學外貿(mào)英語（第二版）》于2009年12月得中國大學出版社協(xié)會圖書獎首屆優(yōu)秀教材二等獎。
