作者簡介

　　霍政欣，武漢大學法學博士（2005），現(xiàn)為中國政法大學副教授、碩士研究生導師、中國政法大學國際私法研究所副所長；曾赴德國、奧地利、荷蘭、美國、韓國等國進行訪問研究，曾經(jīng)或正在主持國家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、國家文物局等多項國家級、部級以及校級科研項目，并參與數(shù)項國際合作科研項目。作者的主要專著有：《中國國際私法（英文版）》（法律出版社2010年版）、《不當?shù)美膰H私法問題》（武漢大學出版社2006年版），主要譯著有：《法律選擇與涉外司法》（北京大學出版社2007年版）、《如果你是平等主義者，為何如此富有？》（北京大學出版社2009年版）、《媒體與信息倫理學》（北京大學出版社2009年版）：先后在"American Journal of Comparative Law"，"Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal"， "Journal of Cambridge Studies"， "Seoul LawJournal"、《法學研究》、《法學評論》、《比較法研究》等國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表中、英文學術(shù)論文、譯文及評論50余篇；其科研與教學成果曾獲得湖北省第六屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、北京市第十屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、第五屆中國高等學?？茖W研究優(yōu)秀成果獎（人文社會科學）三等獎、中國政法大學第四屆青年教師教學基本功大賽冠軍等獎項。
