作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　張艷，女，北京工商大學(xué)法學(xué)院副教授，法學(xué)博士，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士后，加拿大阿爾伯塔大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。主要研究方向?yàn)閲?guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)法、WTO法律制度和民事訴訟法。從1996年起開(kāi)始用英文為本科生、研究生和留學(xué)生講授法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)課，講授課程包括國(guó)際貿(mào)易法、國(guó)際投資法、外商投資企業(yè)法、國(guó)際貿(mào)易法律實(shí)務(wù)、國(guó)際投資法律實(shí)務(wù)和中國(guó)商法等。
