高凌云，復(fù)旦大學(xué)法學(xué)院副教授，山東省煙臺(tái)市人。華東政法學(xué)院國(guó)際法學(xué)學(xué)士，新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)比較法碩士，美國(guó)威拉姆特大學(xué)法學(xué)博士，美國(guó)紐約州、俄勒岡州律師，比利時(shí)根特大學(xué)法學(xué)院、美國(guó)密歇根大學(xué)法學(xué)院和哈佛法學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者，美國(guó)凱斯西儲(chǔ)大學(xué)法學(xué)院和東芬蘭大學(xué)法商學(xué)院客座教授，美國(guó)American Law Reporter（ALR）International的合約撰稿人，出版《英美法：案例分析與法律寫作》（上海人民出版社）、《英美法：合同、侵權(quán)與法律實(shí)務(wù)》（上海人民出版社）、《Chinese Business Law》（合著，美國(guó)Thomson West法律出版公司）和《被誤讀的信托——信托法原論》（復(fù)旦大學(xué)出版社）等專著和教材，并在國(guó)內(nèi)外法學(xué)期刊發(fā)表論文若干。主要研究和授課領(lǐng)域?yàn)楸容^法（民商、信托法）、國(guó)際金融法和法律英語。
