劉琛，北京外國(guó)語大學(xué)英語學(xué)院跨文化研究中心主任、博士、副 教授、中國(guó)跨文化交際學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、中國(guó)高校影視傳播 學(xué)會(huì)青年研究會(huì)理事，主要從事跨文化傳播研究。主持完成多項(xiàng)國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目，出版著作兩部，主編譯叢一部。論文From ‘Your Window on China’to‘Your Window on China and the World’：The Transformation of China’s Television Cultural Ideology Since 1978獲“亞洲——太平洋傳播學(xué)會(huì)”年度最佳論文獎(jiǎng)。曾獲得國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦等部門頒發(fā)的全國(guó)優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)等。
