作者簡介

　　王輝耀，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪學(xué)院高級研究員，現(xiàn)任中國與全球化研究中心主任，南方國際人才研究院院長，歐美同學(xué)會/中國留學(xué)人員聯(lián)誼會副會長，中國人才研究會副會長，中國國際經(jīng)濟合作學(xué)會副會長，國僑辦海外專家咨詢委員會經(jīng)濟組召集人，中國華僑歷史學(xué)會副會長，九三學(xué)社中央經(jīng)濟委員會副主任，中華海外聯(lián)誼會理事，先后兼任北京大學(xué)和加拿大西安大略大學(xué)等多家經(jīng)管學(xué)院客座教授，美國布魯金斯學(xué)會訪問研究員和中組部國際人才戰(zhàn)略研究專題組組長。歷任中國經(jīng)貿(mào)部官員，全球最大工程咨詢公司之一SNC-Lavalin國際公司董事經(jīng)理和世界最大項目管理公司之一AMEC-Agra國際公司副總裁，加拿大魁北克駐香港和中國首席商務(wù)經(jīng)濟代表，擔(dān)任過GE、西門子、阿爾斯通、ABB等多家跨國公司顧問。在人才戰(zhàn)略，人才培養(yǎng)、國際人才、中國海歸、華人華僑及中國企業(yè)國際化等領(lǐng)域有廣泛的著作和學(xué)術(shù)研究，出版近30部有影響的中英文著作。張曉萌，哲學(xué)博士，哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者，中國人民大學(xué)教師，中國與全球化研究中心副研究員。北京大學(xué)哲學(xué)學(xué)士、法學(xué)學(xué)士，法國巴黎政治學(xué)院碩士，清華大學(xué)哲學(xué)博士。主要研究領(lǐng)域為政治哲學(xué)、海外中國學(xué)研究、公共治理等，主持和參與國家級、省部級研究課題多項，在核心報刊發(fā)表論文十余篇。
