This material was based on the previous edition and revised according to principles of foreign trade correspondence and characteristics.Giving full consideration to the readers' feedback, we made some adjustment to the original content and structure. We incorporated the chapter4 and chapter 14 in the original book into "Letters for Preparations before Trades", combined the original chapter 7 into the "Terms of Payment", and added wordlist and useful phrases in the book. In addition,we modified some details of the content and structure. Some practical instances and new letters were added, and we also added some foreign trade terms and knowledge links, which can make the book structure more reasonable and practical.
