作者簡(jiǎn)介

霍政欣，中國(guó)政法大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、國(guó)際法學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，兼任聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織觀察員、英國(guó)阿伯丁大學(xué)國(guó)際私法研究所研究員等職，主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閲?guó)際私法、比較法、國(guó)際文化財(cái)產(chǎn)法等，入選2012年度“教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”及中國(guó)政法大學(xué)首批“優(yōu)秀中青年教師培養(yǎng)支持計(jì)劃”。
　　作者于2005年畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)，獲國(guó)際法學(xué)博士學(xué)位；學(xué)習(xí)及工作期間，曾赴奧地利、荷蘭、美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、英國(guó)等二十余個(gè)國(guó)家的高校或研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期或短期訪問(wèn)研究，已出版中英文專(zhuān)著四部、譯著三部；在“American Journal of ComparativeLaw”、“Intemational＆Comparative Law Quarterly”等國(guó)際主流法學(xué)刊物上發(fā)表英文論文二十余篇；在《法學(xué)研究》、《法商研究》、《法學(xué)評(píng)論》、《比較法研究》等國(guó)內(nèi)權(quán)威及核心法學(xué)刊物上發(fā)表中文論文、譯文及評(píng)論六十余篇；曾獲第五屆中國(guó)高等學(xué)?？茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)國(guó)際私法首屆優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、北京市第十屆、第十三屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、湖北省第六屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)優(yōu)秀教師特別獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)第三屆青年教師優(yōu)秀科研成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)第四屆青年教師教學(xué)基本功大賽一等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
