作者簡介

　　楊孝明教授，1977年畢業(yè)于西安外國語大學(xué)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，留校任教。1984年赴英國學(xué)習(xí)，并于1985年和1991年先后獲得英國諾丁漢大學(xué)語言學(xué)碩士和美國俄亥俄州鮑陵格林州立大學(xué)英語博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)為美國新澤西海洋學(xué)院終身教授，美國“現(xiàn)代語言協(xié)會”和“全美英語教師聯(lián)合會”會員。
