  不僅在領(lǐng)土問題上,而且在歷史認識上,當我們尋求共識時,當務(wù)之急不是找到共識,而是實現(xiàn)事實的共有化。認識以事實為依據(jù),如果對于歷史事實莫衷一是,也就不存在共同的基礎(chǔ),不可能達到一致的認識。然而,一種司空見慣的現(xiàn)象是,自己國家的人認為理所當然的事實,對于對方國家的人來說,竟然一無所知。但是,事實畢竟是現(xiàn)實存在的,認定事實并非那么難以實現(xiàn)。如果歷史事實的共有化實現(xiàn)了,歷史認識問題便也會迎刃而解,共同點會越來越多。
