  該書主要論述銀行與中小企業(yè)的關(guān)系。這些中小企業(yè)大多是私營企業(yè),他們?yōu)槲覈慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),然而,他們的融資與借貸卻時(shí)常面臨困境;他們與銀行的關(guān)系帶有鮮明的中國特色。在文獻(xiàn)回顧之后,作者通過“銀行家訪談”和“中小企業(yè)主問卷調(diào)查”兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),力圖告訴大家:銀行在對(duì)中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行評(píng)估的時(shí)候,隨著貸款額度的增加,評(píng)估重點(diǎn)會(huì)從經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)逐步擴(kuò)展到企業(yè)主人品和人力資源。首先,作者梳理了改革開放以來銀行與私營企業(yè)的關(guān)系變化。分析了中小企業(yè)貸款難的種種原因。其次,作者通過分析‘’銀行家訪談‘’信息,建立了一個(gè)模型,從幾個(gè)維度討論了銀行放貸前如何評(píng)估中小企業(yè)。建模理論來自銀行家的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),因而具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。再次,作者就“中小企業(yè)主問卷調(diào)查”進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的討論。問卷含45個(gè)問題,涉及企業(yè)家貸款經(jīng)歷和獲得貸款的經(jīng)驗(yàn)等等,通過問卷調(diào)查進(jìn)一步證明論文觀點(diǎn)的合理性。這些數(shù)據(jù)有極強(qiáng)的參考價(jià)值。

作者簡介

  喬元昊 英國奧斯特大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士。本科和碩士先后就讀于中國東北財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)和英國國王學(xué)院。現(xiàn)就職于星展銀行香港分行。
