閆東 1987年畢業(yè)于北京廣播學(xué)院電視系電視編輯專業(yè)，現(xiàn)任中央電視臺高級編輯，科教頻道重點紀錄片項目負責(zé)人。中國電視紀錄片領(lǐng)軍人物，近30年來創(chuàng)作了30余部紀錄片。 《國脈》（3D版，2013年）獲國際盧米埃大獎，《1937南京記憶》（2014年）獲國際陽光紀錄片節(jié)提案大獎，《中國民居》（1994年）獲國際FNS作品銀獎，《博物志》（2014年）入圍亞廣聯(lián)等獎項。雨果·麥格雷戈 英國著名紀錄片導(dǎo)演，曾因紀錄電影《猶太人的故事》（The Story of the Jews ）獲英國電影學(xué)院獎提名，為BBC、ARTE等知名電視臺制作多部影片，如《女性的崛起》（The Ascent of Woman）、《遇見古羅馬》（Meet the Romans with Mary Beard）等。
