　　作者：楊秋霞楊秋霞，女，畢業(yè)于西北政法學(xué)院，法學(xué)碩士，現(xiàn)為山東工商學(xué)院教授。2005.8-2006.2澳大利亞南澳大學(xué)進(jìn)修。分別在《經(jīng)濟(jì)師》、《人民法院報(bào)》、《中國(guó)勞動(dòng)保障報(bào)》、《理論探索》、《山西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》、《山東工商學(xué)院學(xué)報(bào)》等報(bào)刊雜志上獨(dú)立發(fā)表論文11篇，參編教材兩部。
