  《酒店實(shí)用英語聽說》以酒店管理領(lǐng)域典型職業(yè)活動(dòng)需要的英語溝通能力為主線,確定了初級(jí)、中級(jí)及高級(jí)三個(gè)層次的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,即基礎(chǔ)溝通能力、核心服務(wù)崗位溝通能力及初高級(jí)管理崗位溝通能力的培養(yǎng)方向。本教程分初級(jí)篇、中級(jí)篇和高級(jí)篇。初級(jí)篇主要訓(xùn)練學(xué)生酒店基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)用語的聽說能力,強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)語音及聽力能力。初級(jí)篇由五個(gè)單元組成,每個(gè)單元又設(shè)置三個(gè)訓(xùn)練模塊。中級(jí)篇主要訓(xùn)練學(xué)生酒店核心服務(wù)部門崗位相關(guān)的英語聽說能力,側(cè)重培養(yǎng)完成酒店核心及附屬服務(wù)功能的英語溝通能力。中級(jí)篇根據(jù)核心服務(wù)部門崗位進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分類,由12個(gè)單元組成,每個(gè)單元又設(shè)置若干任務(wù)模塊,每個(gè)任務(wù)模塊下設(shè)不同的聽力及口語訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目。
