作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　李栗燕，1976年生，法學(xué)博士、博士后。南京航空航天大學(xué)教授、博士研究生導(dǎo)師。江蘇高?！扒嗨{(lán)工程”中青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，美國(guó)埃默里大學(xué)法學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者。任中國(guó)法學(xué)教育研究會(huì)理事、中國(guó)立法學(xué)研究會(huì)理事，國(guó)家社科基金、國(guó)家公派留學(xué)基金評(píng)審專家。主持國(guó)家社科基金、教育部基金、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助、省社科基金等各類課題20余項(xiàng)，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著和全英文教程13部，發(fā)表CSSCI學(xué)術(shù)論文20多篇。獲江蘇省高校、江蘇省社科界學(xué)術(shù)大會(huì)一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)等10多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)獲校優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)、課程觀摩競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng)等10多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
