本報(bào)告以海洋創(chuàng)新數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了國(guó)家海洋創(chuàng)新指數(shù)指標(biāo)體系,客觀分析了我國(guó)海洋創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),定量評(píng)估了國(guó)家和區(qū)域海洋創(chuàng)新能力,探討了我國(guó)海洋科研機(jī)構(gòu)的空間分布特征與演化趨勢(shì),并對(duì)我國(guó)海洋創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)與展望。同時(shí),對(duì)比分析了全球海洋創(chuàng)新能力,并開(kāi)展了國(guó)際海洋科技研究態(tài)勢(shì)和我國(guó)海洋國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室等專(zhuān)題分析。Based on marine innovation data, this report establishes national marine innovation index system to objectively analyze the current status and development trends of China's marine innovation and quantitatively assess national and regional marine innovation capabilities. In addition, it discusses spatial distribution characteristics and evolutionary trends of marine scientific research institutions in China and evaluates and looks ahead to marine innovation capabilities of China. Finally, this report makes comparative analysis of global marine innovation capabilities and conducts specific analysis of the international marine scientific and technological research situations and China’s marine national laboratory.
