方劑學(xué)（中文版）

　　本套叢書(shū)由張伯禮會(huì)長(zhǎng)、世界中聯(lián)教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)擔(dān)任總主編，由1本教學(xué)大綱和13本教材組成，主編會(huì)議、編寫(xiě)會(huì)議、審稿會(huì)、定稿會(huì)分別已于2015年3月、5月底以及2016年1月、6月在北京舉行，由世界中聯(lián)教指委和我社聯(lián)合舉辦，我社具體承辦，費(fèi)用由天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)資助的出版費(fèi)承擔(dān)。按照《世界中醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》要求編寫(xiě)。編寫(xiě)人員由世界中聯(lián)教指委和我社聯(lián)合在世界范圍精心遴選的來(lái)自海內(nèi)外中醫(yī)藥院校和機(jī)構(gòu)的具有豐富教材編寫(xiě)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和國(guó)際化教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的一線專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者，來(lái)自15個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的74所高等中醫(yī)藥院校及研究院（所），合計(jì)283人，其中境內(nèi)34個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)、226人；境外40個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)，57人。英文版教材已陸續(xù)編輯加工、出版?，F(xiàn)申報(bào)的中文版教材內(nèi)容有國(guó)際化特色，強(qiáng)調(diào)規(guī)范性、實(shí)用性、安全性，部分內(nèi)容為國(guó)內(nèi)教材所缺，如潔針技術(shù)等。海外華人中醫(yī)從業(yè)者眾，且學(xué)習(xí)中文的外國(guó)人日眾，與該套教材的英文版配套，很有必要。市場(chǎng)需求和前景較好。兩個(gè)效益均佳?！斗絼W(xué)》由李冀主編。 《方劑學(xué)》 為“世界中醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)核心課程教材”套書(shū)之一分冊(cè)。該套教材包括《中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論》《中醫(yī)診斷學(xué)》《中藥學(xué)》《中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)》《中醫(yī)兒科學(xué)》《中醫(yī)婦科學(xué)》《中醫(yī)兒科學(xué)》《針灸學(xué)》《推拿學(xué)》《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)選讀》《傷寒論選讀》《金匱要略選讀》《溫病學(xué)》13分冊(cè)，另配有《世界中醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)核心課程教學(xué)大綱》1分冊(cè)。叢書(shū)總主編為張伯禮院士和世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)?！吨嗅t(yī)兒科學(xué)》由李翼教授和趙凱存教授（英國(guó)）主編。 本教材供世界各國(guó)家、地區(qū)中醫(yī)教育機(jī)構(gòu)接受中醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)教育的海外學(xué)生，以及國(guó)內(nèi)中醫(yī)院校留學(xué)生使用，亦為雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的師生和廣大中醫(yī)愛(ài)好者的學(xué)習(xí)提供參考。其特點(diǎn)是：①突出國(guó)際性。在病種的選擇、內(nèi)容的編寫(xiě)及文字語(yǔ)言方面，力求通俗易懂，易譯易學(xué)，滿(mǎn)足國(guó)際學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的需求，適應(yīng)國(guó)際應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn)。②保持科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、完整性。③突出臨床實(shí)用性。作為世界中醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的臨床主干課程，強(qiáng)調(diào)理論與實(shí)踐密切聯(lián)系，編寫(xiě)內(nèi)容切合臨床實(shí)際，突出課程易學(xué)，臨床好用，充分體現(xiàn)臨床實(shí)用性特點(diǎn)。④教材的深度廣度適宜，充分考慮國(guó)際學(xué)生的實(shí)際基礎(chǔ)、學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)和接受能力，不超過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)本科教材范圍，以簡(jiǎn)單、好學(xué)、好用為主。 總之，本教材力求取國(guó)內(nèi)教材之長(zhǎng)，語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)練，突出國(guó)際適應(yīng)性；并強(qiáng)調(diào)臨床實(shí)踐性。

　　總主編： 張伯禮，生于1948年，中國(guó)工程院院士，中醫(yī)內(nèi)科專(zhuān)家，全國(guó)名中醫(yī)，國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人?，F(xiàn)任天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)，國(guó)家重大新藥專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)副總師，國(guó)務(wù)院醫(yī)改咨詢(xún)專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員，教育部醫(yī)學(xué)教育專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)副主任，中國(guó)藥典委員會(huì)副主任委員，世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。兼任中國(guó)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)副主席。 ？？幾十年來(lái)，主要從事心腦血管疾病中西醫(yī)結(jié)合防治和中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化研究。開(kāi)展血管性癡呆（VD）研究，制定了VD證類(lèi)分型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和按平臺(tái)、波動(dòng)及下滑三期證治方案；明確了中風(fēng)病證候和先兆癥動(dòng)態(tài)演變規(guī)律，建立了綜合治療方案；創(chuàng)立了腦脊液藥理學(xué)方法，揭示中藥對(duì)神經(jīng)細(xì)胞保護(hù)作用機(jī)制；完成了首例中藥對(duì)冠心病二級(jí)預(yù)防大規(guī)模循證研究，建立了中醫(yī)藥循證評(píng)價(jià)系列方法。三次擔(dān)任國(guó)家“973”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家，提出效應(yīng)配伍理論和以組分配伍研制現(xiàn)代中藥的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)；開(kāi)拓中成藥二次開(kāi)發(fā)研究領(lǐng)域，培育了中藥大品種群；倡導(dǎo)中藥智能制造推動(dòng)了中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)升級(jí)。 獲得包括國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)在內(nèi)的國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)7項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)10項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論文350余篇，出版專(zhuān)著30余部。培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)研究生約260余名。所指導(dǎo)的3篇博士論文獲全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文，2篇獲全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文提名榮譽(yù)。 學(xué)風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，富于創(chuàng)新，形成了采用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)研究中醫(yī)藥學(xué)的突出特色，取得一批重要成果，貢獻(xiàn)突出，成績(jī)卓著。1991年起享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的政府特殊津貼。被授予全國(guó)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員（2011）、全國(guó)先進(jìn)工作者（2005）、全國(guó)優(yōu)秀科技工作者（2001）、國(guó)家“ji”有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專(zhuān)家（1991）等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，獲何梁何利獎(jiǎng)（2006）、吳階平醫(yī)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)（2015）及中醫(yī)藥國(guó)際貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)（2010）等榮譽(yù)。 Dr. Zhang Bo-li is an academician and a China-renowned specialist and academic leader in Chinese internal medicine， a national key discipline （recognized as important and receiving support by the Chinese government）. He is currently the President of the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. He is also the Deputy Chief Engineer of the National Major Scientific and Technological Special Project for Significant New Drugs Development， a member of the Medical Reform Advisory Committee of the State Council， Vice Committee Director of the Pharmacopoeia Committee， Director of the National Chinese Medicine Teaching Advisory Board of the Ministry of Education and Director of the Educational Instruction Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Moreover， he holds concurrent posts such as Honorary President of the China Association of Integrative Medicine， Vice President of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Vice President of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. For decades， Dr. Zhang has been devoted to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by integrating traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine， and to the modernization of Chinese medicine （CM）. He carried out studies on vascular dementia （VD） and formulated the classification criteria for VD patterns and a treatment scheme based on three phases， i.e.， stable， fluctuating and aggravated phases. He specified the patterns and manifestations of stroke as well as the dynamic progression of its premonitory symptoms， and developed a comprehensive therapeutic schedule. He created the pharmacological method of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） and demonstrated the protective effect of Chinese medicinals on nerve cells and the relevant mechanisms. He completed the first large-scale evidence-based study on the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease with Chinese medicinals， and developed a series of methods for evidence-based evaluation on CM. He served as Chief Scientist of the National Program on Key Basic Research Project of China （973 Program） for three consecutive terms and developed the theory of effect-based compatibility as well as the critical technology for the research and development of modern Chinese medicinals through component-based compatibility. He expanded the research field of the secondary development of Chinese patent medicine which introduced a large group of mass market medicines， and initiated the intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicinals which promoted the technological upgrading of CM industry. Dr. Zhang has won 7 national awards （including the first prize for national progress in science and technology） and 10 first-prize provincial and ministerial awards for progress in science and technology. He has published more than 350 papers and over 30 monographs or textbooks. He has mentored and cultivated more than 200 postgraduates. Dr. Zhang is widely recognized for his prominent contributions in advancing CM. Since 1991， he has been granted a special government allowance by the State Council. He has been conferred with many honorary titles and awards， including National Advanced Worker （2005）， Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker （2001） and National Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contribution （1991） as well as the Ho Leung Ho Lee Prize （2006）， Wu Jie-ping Medical Research Award （2015） and International Award for Outstanding Contribution to Chinese Medicine （2010）. 世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)簡(jiǎn)介 A Brief Introduction to the Educational Instruction Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies The Educational Instruction Committee （EIC） of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies （WFCMS） is an international advisory， decision-making， and guiding institution concerning Chinese Medicine （CM） education under WFCMS. It carries out important work and research on international CM education， consultancy and coordination， and its headquarters are located in Tianjin， P. R. China （Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine）. The secretariat is the standing office of EIC. The purposes of the EIC are to increase understanding between international regions and CM educational institutions， to advocate exchanges and cooperation within CM educational communities， to improve the level of CM education， and to promote the CM education industry， in order to make a greater contribution to world CM personnel training. The mission of the EIC is to generalize the standardization of international CM education; to promote and ensure a healthy and well-ordered development of CM education in various countries/regions according to the international industry standard of CM education released by WFCMS; and to convene international academic conferences， symposia and exhibitions. The mission also is to set up a website on international CM education and provide consultancies and information services; to construct a platform of international exchanges and advocate the unique features and domination of various countries/regions; to strengthen exchanges and cooperation among CM educational institutions from different countries/regions; to publish academic articles on CM education and research; to study the rules and experiences about CM education in respective countries/regions， to encourage CM educational reform and innovations， and to study international CM education. In order to improve CM education in the world， the EIC organizes international CM education training， teacher training， teacher exchanges， further education， and remote education. It actively cooperates with relevant departments of WFCMS in level examinations and qualification approvals. EIC commits itself to promote international exchanges and development of CM education， to improve global CM personnel training， and to accelerate the spread and development of CM sciences in the world.
