中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放全紀(jì)錄：1

　　在紀(jì)念改革開(kāi)放40周年之際，中國(guó)（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院與五洲傳播出版社聯(lián)手推出重磅作品《中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放全紀(jì)錄：1978—2018》（中、英文版）。本書(shū)采取圖文編年史的形式，以中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放所走過(guò)的宏偉而又艱辛的歷程為主要線(xiàn)索，客觀記錄改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)所發(fā)生的重大事件，直觀地呈現(xiàn)40年來(lái)中國(guó)社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域所發(fā)生的巨大變化。 \nIn the 40 years of reform and opening up， China has achieved important historical leaps in the process of economic modernization. This book， in the form of chronicle， takes the grand and arduous process of reform and opening up in China as the main line， objectively records the major events in the economy and society of China during the period of reform and opening up， and intuitively presents the tremendous changes in all areas of the Chinese society over the past 40 years.

　　遲福林，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院院長(zhǎng)，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代初至今30余年間，一直從事改革研究，形成了許多重要的改革研究成果，是具有廣泛影響力的改革智囊。遲福林多次主持或參與國(guó)家重大改革研究課題和國(guó)際合作研究項(xiàng)目。這些研究成果，有的被黨和政府決策所采納，有的作為國(guó)家制定相關(guān)規(guī)劃的重要參閱件。他為中國(guó)改革事業(yè)諫言獻(xiàn)策，被媒體稱(chēng)為“遲改革”。遲福林于1991年參與創(chuàng)建中國(guó)（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院，歷任常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)、執(zhí)行院長(zhǎng)、院長(zhǎng)。25年來(lái)，始終堅(jiān)持以直諫改革為已任，堅(jiān)持問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向的戰(zhàn)略與行動(dòng)研究，堅(jiān)持用改革的辦法辦院，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)努力建設(shè)中國(guó)改革智庫(kù)。目前，中國(guó)（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外具有廣泛影響力的社會(huì)智庫(kù)。遲福林先后受聘為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革研究會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)行政體制改革研究會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)；國(guó)家行政學(xué)院、中國(guó)井岡山干部學(xué)院、北京大學(xué)、東北大學(xué)等高校特聘教授；國(guó)家“十三五”規(guī)劃專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員，國(guó)家工商行政管理總局市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)副主任委員，廣東、海南等地方政府決策咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)等。第十一屆、十二屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員。享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼專(zhuān)家，曾獲全國(guó)五個(gè)一工程獎(jiǎng)、孫冶方經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)論文獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)發(fā)展研究獎(jiǎng)、全國(guó)杰出專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人才等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)，入選“影響新中國(guó)60年經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的100位經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家”、《20世紀(jì)中國(guó)知名科學(xué)家學(xué)術(shù)成就概覽（經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)卷）》。Chi Fulin， research fellow， supervisor of Ph.D. and member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference， is thepresident of China Institute for Reform and Development. He also works as vice president of China Society of Economic Reform， and vice president of China Society of Administrative Reform. He is a member of the Expert Committee for the 13th Five-Year Plan of China. In addition， he is a distinguished professor of a number of universities and colleges， including Chinese Academy of Governance， China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan， Peking University， Zhejiang University and Northeastern University. Chi has been engaged in research of theories on economic transformation and related practices for many years. He has made in-depth research of governmenttransformation and equalization of basic public services centering on a number of major economic and social issues encountered in the process of the reform and opening-upof China. Based on these researches， he has published more than 40 monographs in Chinese and English as well as more than 800 academic papers. In addition， he hasparticipated in the preparation of more than 70 research reports as a compilation or research leader， with a great number of proposals on policies， which have great positiveinfluence on related decision making and practice. He is the winner of the Best Works Award， the Sun Yefang Award for Papers on Economic Science and the ChinaDevelopment Research Award. In 2009， he was selected as “One of the 100 Economists Who Have Influenced China’s Economic Development over the Last 60 Years” 1. In 2015， his achievements were included in Overview of Academic Achievements of Renowned Chinese Scientists in the 20th Century （Volume of Economics）.
