全球治理的中國(guó)方案（英）

　　“全球治理的中國(guó)方案”叢書(shū)（中、英文版），全面、深入地向國(guó)際社會(huì)闡釋中國(guó)的全球治理觀，展現(xiàn)中國(guó)作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó)，積極參與全球治理，努力為全球治理貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)主張、中國(guó)智慧、中國(guó)方案，并以踏實(shí)穩(wěn)健的步伐，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建合作共贏、公正合理的全球治理體系和治理機(jī)制。 中共十八大以來(lái)，在以習(xí)近平總書(shū)記為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國(guó)堅(jiān)定不移奉行互利共贏的開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略，本著“共商、共建、共享”的原則和理念，積極推動(dòng)全球治理體系改革和創(chuàng)新，提升發(fā)展中國(guó)家的全球話語(yǔ)權(quán)，努力為促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和完善全球治理貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)思想和中國(guó)方案。同時(shí)，中國(guó)致力于全球治理理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐，對(duì)全球治理的引領(lǐng)作用進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。何亞非《全球治理的中國(guó)方案》一書(shū)，在厘清全球治理概念、機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上，闡釋中國(guó)完善全球治理體系、創(chuàng)新全球治理機(jī)制模式的理念與實(shí)踐，明確中國(guó)參與全球治理的角色定位。 “全球治理的中國(guó)方案”叢書(shū)圍繞“治理”“和平”“發(fā)展”三個(gè)重要的主題，采取“3+7”的模式，共分為十分冊(cè)。前三分冊(cè)作為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，圍繞三大核心主題，綜述中國(guó)完善全球治理體系的理念與實(shí)踐，介紹中國(guó)參與全球治理的戰(zhàn)略框架；其余七分冊(cè)，按照當(dāng)前全球治理的七大互動(dòng)領(lǐng)域，包括金融安全、能源安全、氣候治理、國(guó)際發(fā)展援助、人權(quán)保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全治理、國(guó)際反恐合作等，分別詮釋全球治理具體領(lǐng)域的中國(guó)方案。 In the context of rapid globalization worldwide over the past few decades， China has been trying to gain a louder voice in the international community. In China and Global Governance， He Yafei， a renowned career diplomat， reviews the origin and evolution of the concept of global governance and describes the gradual shift from the present governance by the West， its monopoly of global affairs， to joint governance by East and West， which champions multipolarity. Moreover， the author presents China’s perspectives， means， and goals concerning global governance—advancing the innovative Belt and Road Initiative， striving for global peace and mutual benefits in bilateral and multilateral relations， and building a shared future for mankind.　On several occasions since 2016， Chinese President Xijinping stressed the importance ofChinas active participation in the international efforts to reform the system ofglobal governance. Writtenby a group ofpronunent Chinese scholars and offiaals， the China and Global Governance Seriesaims to present the international readers with China's approach to global governance and the Chinese wisdom behind it. In the ten tides forming tlus series， the authors elaborate on China's perspectives on global governance， peace， and development， as well as seven other importantaspeas of global governance-finanaal security， energy security， climate change management， foreign aid， cybersecurity， human rights proteaion， and anti-terrorism.

　　何亞非，1955年3月出生，浙江寧波人。北京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院研究生畢業(yè)，曾在日內(nèi)瓦國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)。曾任中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表團(tuán)參贊，外交部軍控司副司長(zhǎng)，駐美國(guó)使館公使銜參贊、公使，外交部美大司司長(zhǎng)，外交部部長(zhǎng)助理，外交部副部長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)日內(nèi)瓦辦事處和瑞士其他國(guó)際組織代表、大使，國(guó)務(wù)院僑務(wù)辦公室副主任。（何亞非）He Yafei is the former vice minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and that of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office ofthe State Counal， People's Republic of China.He Yafei has held many illustrious positions， such as counsellor， Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations； deputy director-general， Arms Control Department in Ministry of Foreign Affairs； minister-counsellor， Embassy of China in the United States； director-general， America and Pacific Department； assistant minister and vice minister， Ministry of Foreign Affairs； representative andambassador， Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva， Switzerland.
