高然,男,現(xiàn)任職于阿里巴巴達(dá)摩院,美國(guó)加利福尼亞大學(xué)伯克利分校材料科學(xué)與工程系博士畢業(yè),2015-2019年,師從美國(guó)功能氧化物薄膜專(zhuān)家Lane W.Martin 教授,專(zhuān)攻氧化物外延薄膜的生長(zhǎng)、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控、以及薄膜性能研究,其研究論文發(fā)表于世界材料科學(xué)期刊如Nature Materials,Advanced Materials, Nature Communication,Chemistry of Materials 等,發(fā)表SCI一區(qū)論文20余篇。他多次參與美國(guó)材料科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)與美國(guó)物理協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)議并發(fā)表演講。
