　　夏學(xué)鋒，博士、高級(jí)工程師，石油勘探測(cè)井技術(shù)專(zhuān)家，從事石油勘探行業(yè)近二十年，先后在哈薩克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、阿聯(lián)酋、阿曼等國(guó)家工作，具有豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工和管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，先后參與了“海洋石油工程裝備大數(shù)據(jù)”國(guó)家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科技項(xiàng)目管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)建設(shè)，獲得十余項(xiàng)石油石化行業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)及管理創(chuàng)新成果獎(jiǎng)，參與編寫(xiě)了石油工業(yè)出版社出版的測(cè)井專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)論文集、中國(guó)商務(wù)出版社出版的人力資源管理實(shí)務(wù)，被列為高等教育“十三五”規(guī)劃教材，在國(guó)外電子測(cè)量技術(shù)、中國(guó)石油石化等期刊發(fā)表專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)論文二十余篇。
