Ken Hyland,英國東英吉利大學(xué)應(yīng)用語言學(xué)教授,國際著名應(yīng)用語言學(xué)家,學(xué)術(shù)語篇和二語寫作領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)軍學(xué)者。香港大學(xué)和英國華威大學(xué)榮譽教授,曾任倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院和香港大學(xué)應(yīng)用語言學(xué)首席教授。創(chuàng)辦SSCI國際權(quán)威期刊Journal of English for Academic Purposes,曾任Applied Linguistics和Journal of English for Academic Purposes主編。共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文240余篇,出版學(xué)術(shù)著作30本,谷歌學(xué)術(shù)引用率逾5萬次。新的著作包括Second Language Writing、Academic Discourse and Global Publishing: Disciplinary Persuasion in Changing Times、Specialised English: New Directions in ESP and EAP Research and Practice。2018年Bloomsbury出版了其個人論文集The Essential Hyland。
