馬丁-哈恩吉(Martin Haenggi)是美國圣母大學(xué)電子工程講席教授,并同時擔(dān)任應(yīng)用與計算數(shù)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計的兼座教授。他是國際電氣電子工程師學(xué)會的杰出會士(IEEE Fellow),擔(dān)任過IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications的主編,及ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks,IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing,IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications,IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology,Elsevier Journal of Ad Hoc Networks等多家權(quán)威期刊的副主編。哈恩吉教授還多次獲得過通信領(lǐng)域的Z佳論文獎,如2010 IEEE Communications Society Best Tutorial Paper Award,2017 IEEE Communications Society Stephen O. Rice Prize,2017 IEEE Communications Society Best Survey Paper Award,并入選ISI全球高引用科學(xué)家名單(ISI Highly Cited Researchers)。
