　　張濤，1977年生，寧夏大學(xué)講師，博士學(xué)歷。主要從事法學(xué)教學(xué)研究工作。主持完成國(guó)家社科基金1項(xiàng)，出版《住房分配保障制度研究》。出版專(zhuān)著《中國(guó)銀川保障性住房分配（英文版）》。國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表掌術(shù)論文10篇。
