  本書以游客相對穩(wěn)定的人格特質(zhì)與不同旅游情境中所產(chǎn)生的情緒反應(yīng)作為切入點,將大五類人格維度和積極與消極情緒整合成影響游客對目的地整體滿意度的前因變量,以中國大陸赴澳大利亞游客為例,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模分析并揭示了游客滿意度形成的心理機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果證實了游客人格和情緒反應(yīng)對游客滿意度的共同影響,情緒反應(yīng)是游客人格特質(zhì)與游客滿意度之間的充分中介變量,從而進(jìn)一步拓展了游客滿意度的理論模型。這將有助于相關(guān)企業(yè)制定出更迎合游客人格取向的營銷策略。本書可作為旅游管理、公共管理、消費者行為及中國市場等研究方向?qū)W者的參考用書,亦適用于高等院校管理專業(yè)及英語專業(yè)的本科生和研究生,以及旅游從業(yè)人員及愛好旅游人士學(xué)習(xí)與參考。

作者簡介

  孫旭華,博士,畢業(yè)于澳大利亞南澳大學(xué)商學(xué)院,現(xiàn)為澳中旅游研究協(xié)作中心研究員,國際博物館協(xié)會(ICOM)會員,中國博物館協(xié)會會員,香港理工大學(xué)酒店及旅游業(yè)管理學(xué)院訪問學(xué)者;在南澳大學(xué)執(zhí)教5年,現(xiàn)就職于南京財經(jīng)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院;發(fā)表多篇英文論文,出版兩本英文學(xué)術(shù)專著;主要研究領(lǐng)域為旅游消費者行為、旅游與酒店市場營銷、遺產(chǎn)旅游、中國出境旅游。
