  張守國,正高級工程師,現(xiàn)任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,長期從事無線網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化工作,發(fā)表《大型場館容量設計思考》《干擾矩陣中的鄰區(qū)補償技術(shù)探討》等多篇論文,出版《LTE無線網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化實踐》《4G無線網(wǎng)絡原理及優(yōu)化》兩本著作。 沈保華,高級工程師,省級運營商無線網(wǎng)優(yōu)中心優(yōu)化主管,運營商集團高級專家,長期從事無線網(wǎng)絡規(guī)劃優(yōu)化工作,擁有豐富的移動通信領(lǐng)域從業(yè)經(jīng)驗和2G/3G/4G/5G實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗,曾獲全國移動通信5G技術(shù)職業(yè)技能競賽二等獎,發(fā)表論文多篇,出版著作一本。 李曙海,高級工程師,省級運營商無線網(wǎng)優(yōu)中心副總經(jīng)理,運營商集團B級人才,長期負責無線網(wǎng)絡規(guī)劃優(yōu)化工作,擁有豐富的移動通信領(lǐng)域從業(yè)經(jīng)驗和2G/3G/4G/5G實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗,主持過2G/3G/4G/5G的多項規(guī)劃優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新研究課題,發(fā)表論文十余篇,出版著作一本。 凌文杰,高級工程師,現(xiàn)任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,長期從事移動通信規(guī)劃設計、無線通信及頻譜技術(shù)研究,曾主持省部級重大科研項目兩項,發(fā)表論文十余篇。 雷志純,高級工程師,現(xiàn)任職于華信咨詢設計研究院有限公司,主要從事無線網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化和設計工作。
