　　中國社會科學院的中國海外投資國家風險評級體系（CROIC）從中國企業(yè)和主權(quán)財富的海外投資視角出發(fā)，構(gòu)建了經(jīng)濟基礎、償債能力、社會彈性、政治風險、對華關系五大指標共42個子指標，通過大量數(shù)據(jù)量化評估了中國企業(yè)在海外投資方面面臨的風險。2019年評級報告共包含57個國家，2020年評級將其擴充至114個國家。新增的57個國家包括14個發(fā)達國家和43個發(fā)展中國家，涉及亞洲、歐洲、非洲、南美等地區(qū)。特別分析了2020年中國海外投資“一帶一路”沿線國家風險評級結(jié)果。本評級體系試圖通過提供風險警示，為企業(yè)提高海外投資成功率提供參考。

作者簡介

　　張明，研究員，博士生導師。中國社會科學院世界經(jīng)濟與政治研究所國際投資研究室主任，國際金融研究中心副主任。研究領域為國際金融與宏觀經(jīng)濟。入選國家萬人計劃首批青年拔尖人才、中國金融博物館中國青年金融學者、中央國家機關優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員。在國內(nèi)外學術(shù)期刊與財經(jīng)媒體上分別發(fā)表了若干學術(shù)論文與財經(jīng)評論，并撰寫了大量的決策咨詢報告。王碧珺，副研究員。國際經(jīng)濟評論編輯部主任，北京大學經(jīng)濟學博士。研究領域為國際投資，在《世界經(jīng)濟》、《世界經(jīng)濟與政治》，China & World Economy等國內(nèi)外核心期刊上發(fā)表相關學術(shù)論文數(shù)十篇，并著有《中國對外直接投資的理論、戰(zhàn)略與政策》一書。
