喬納森·M. 牛頓(Jonathan M. Newton)是新西蘭惠靈頓維多利亞大學(xué)TESOL/應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)文學(xué)碩士部主任、副教授。他起初在中國(guó)任教;在過(guò)去的三十多年里,他為亞洲各地的教師們提供指導(dǎo)。迄今為止,他已出版五部專著,發(fā)表的文章及受邀撰寫的專著章節(jié)超過(guò)七十篇。其研究方向?yàn)槿蝿?wù)型語(yǔ)言教學(xué),聽(tīng)力與口語(yǔ)教學(xué),詞匯教學(xué),以及跨文化能力教學(xué)。
