世界人權(quán)保障的中國方案（阿拉伯文）

　　“全球治理的中國方案”叢書（中、英文版），全面、深入地向國際社會闡釋中國的全球治理觀，展現(xiàn)中國作為一個負(fù)責(zé)任的大國，積極參與全球治理，努力為全球治理貢獻(xiàn)中國主張、中國智慧、中國方案，并以踏實(shí)穩(wěn)健的步伐，推動構(gòu)建合作共贏、公正合理的全球治理體系和治理機(jī)制。在充分保障人權(quán)、積極應(yīng)對人權(quán)挑戰(zhàn)問題上，中國堅(jiān)持和主張走出一條適合本國國情的人權(quán)發(fā)展道路，堅(jiān)持人權(quán)普遍性原則與現(xiàn)實(shí)國情相結(jié)合，堅(jiān)持將生存權(quán)和發(fā)展權(quán)作為首要人權(quán)。在不斷提高本國人權(quán)保障水平的同時(shí)，中國主張世界各國攜手共同面對全球性人權(quán)挑戰(zhàn)，在對話協(xié)商、共建共享、合作共贏、交流互鑒、綠色低碳基礎(chǔ)上，共建人類命運(yùn)共同體，建設(shè)一個持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁榮、開放包容、清潔美麗的世界。In China and World Human Rights Protection， Chinese human rights scholar Zhang Yonghe presents China’s perspectives on， approach to， and considerable progress achieved in improving， human rights. China firmly believes in the primacy of the right to subsistence and development， trying to reconcile its national exigencies with the demands of universal human rights. As the second largest economy of the world today， China is committed to protecting rights that secure the people’s baseline， the right to work， the right to property， and the right to education， having formed its own set of ideas and policies on the development of human rights. Moreover， China has also actively fulfilled its international human rights obligations through partnership with other countries over the past few decades. It is poised to make greater contributions to world human rights protection.

　　張永和， 1956 年出生，西南政法大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，人權(quán)研究院執(zhí)行院長、《中國人權(quán)評論》主編。中國人權(quán)研究會常務(wù)理事。出版與人權(quán)有關(guān)的專著有《權(quán)利的由來》《中國大眾人權(quán)觀念調(diào)查》《臨潼信訪》《武侯陪審》《大邑調(diào)解》等。在《中國法學(xué)》《法學(xué)研究》《法學(xué)》《政法論壇》《法律科學(xué)》《現(xiàn)代法學(xué)》和人民日報(bào)、光明日報(bào)等報(bào)刊上發(fā)表與人權(quán)相關(guān)論文30余篇。Zhang Yonghe is professor of law and executive director of the Center for Human Rights Education and Research， Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is also the standing director of China Society for Human Rights Studies. Professor Zhang is a prolific writer on China and human rights. His notable monographs include The Origin of Human Rights and Surveying the Chinese Public’s Ideas on Human Rights. Additionally， he has contributed some 30 articles to journals and newspapers including China Legal Science， Chinese Journal of Law， Law Science Magazine， Tribune of Political Science and Law， Science of Law， Modern Law Science， The People’s Daily， and Guangming Daily.
