  隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和影響力的提高,中國為來華留學(xué)生提供多種不同的獎學(xué)金,來華留學(xué)生數(shù)量不斷上升,尤其以學(xué)位生為甚。有關(guān)在華留學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有研究大多從心理學(xué)角度或是影響跨文化適應(yīng)的多種因素之間關(guān)系的探究,較少從認(rèn)知的跨文化差異、跨文化適應(yīng)中挑戰(zhàn)的多樣性以及應(yīng)對措施的多元性等視角出發(fā),對來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的動態(tài)過程進(jìn)行詳盡和深度的描述。本研究旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)在學(xué)術(shù)和社會情景下在華留學(xué)生適應(yīng)方面面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn),并以扎根理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建跨文化互動模型,為來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)提供理論指導(dǎo)。

作者簡介

  王絢,女,中共黨員,上海外國語大學(xué)博士,講師。主要研究方向為跨文化交際,在本領(lǐng)域發(fā)表文章10余篇,CSSCI期刊論文兩篇,參與省級及廳級項目10余部,參編論著3部。2005年澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)碩士畢業(yè)后,開始在華北水利水電大學(xué)工作。2009年赴古巴哈瓦那大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)西班牙語,2014年上海外國語大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者,2015年開始在上外攻讀博士,2017年赴美國夏威夷大學(xué)訪學(xué)。2019年取得博士學(xué)位。同年,應(yīng)學(xué)校選派,赴北京水利部宣傳教育中心掛職鍛煉。
