  山東省深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想,高站位、高起點(diǎn)謀劃實(shí)施“新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換”、鄉(xiāng)村振興的“齊魯樣板”等一系列符合山東特色的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并將文化和旅游業(yè)納入新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換十強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),將鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為鄉(xiāng)村振興的抓手,以特色縣域旅游創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為基點(diǎn),以創(chuàng)建“全域旅游示范省”為目標(biāo),全面推進(jìn)全域旅游高質(zhì)量發(fā)展融入社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展全局。 山東省全域旅游發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得驕人成績(jī)——2019年,嶗山、曲阜、青州3區(qū)市經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)定,被認(rèn)定為首批國(guó)家全域旅游示范區(qū);2020年,蓬萊、榮成、沂南、章丘、齊河5家單位經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)定,被認(rèn)定為第二批國(guó)家全域旅游示范區(qū),連續(xù)兩年獲得“大滿(mǎn)貫”。目前,山東省已有8個(gè)市區(qū)縣被認(rèn)定為國(guó)家全域旅游示范區(qū),另外有37個(gè)單位被認(rèn)定為山東省全域旅游示范區(qū),創(chuàng)建“全域旅游示范省”,推動(dòng)新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),并發(fā)揮出了積極的輻射、帶動(dòng)、示范和引領(lǐng)作用。 同時(shí),為鞏固來(lái)之不易的創(chuàng)建成果,發(fā)揮整合示范性,高效協(xié)同性,持續(xù)輻射性性的作用,梳理山東省全域旅游典型案例中,創(chuàng)新亮點(diǎn),創(chuàng)造經(jīng)驗(yàn),創(chuàng)建模式,在全省樹(shù)立起一批在全國(guó)有影響力的全域旅游標(biāo)桿項(xiàng)目有重要的意義。
