作者簡(jiǎn)介

  國(guó)網(wǎng)山東省電力公司是國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的全資子公司。本部設(shè)22個(gè)部門,下轄18家地市級(jí)供電企業(yè)、17家業(yè)務(wù)支撐單位和綜合單位,3家新興產(chǎn)業(yè)單位及98家縣供電公司,服務(wù)電力客戶4915萬(wàn)。2020年,全省全社會(huì)用電量6939.85億千瓦時(shí),公司完成售電量4126.9億千瓦時(shí),同比增長(zhǎng)3.96%。國(guó)網(wǎng)山東省電力公司發(fā)展策劃部是所屬一個(gè)部門。,國(guó)網(wǎng)山東省電力公司經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)研究院成立于2012年4月9日,是省公司電網(wǎng)發(fā)展和公司發(fā)展支撐單位,目前具備工程咨詢、工程設(shè)計(jì)“雙甲”資質(zhì),設(shè)有4個(gè)職能部室、3個(gè)中心和1個(gè)子公司。主要負(fù)責(zé)全省電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和工程設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)歸口管理;負(fù)責(zé)全省電網(wǎng)發(fā)展總體規(guī)劃和專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃的研究與編制;負(fù)責(zé)220~500千伏電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的研究和編制;負(fù)責(zé)35千伏及以下電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃評(píng)審,指導(dǎo)市經(jīng)研所具體編制110千伏及以下電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃并納入全省電網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃;負(fù)責(zé)牽頭開展省內(nèi)220~500千伏電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目可研、電力設(shè)施遷改方案編制;負(fù)責(zé)110~220千伏電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目可研、電力設(shè)施遷改方案、電源接入系統(tǒng)方案評(píng)審;承擔(dān)所轄35~220千伏(規(guī)模以下)電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目初設(shè)評(píng)審和結(jié)算審核;負(fù)責(zé)省公司資本類、成本類項(xiàng)目的技經(jīng)業(yè)務(wù)支撐;負(fù)責(zé)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督,負(fù)責(zé)定額站、質(zhì)監(jiān)中心站日常管理;主要承接220千伏及以上電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì);負(fù)責(zé)大修技改、營(yíng)銷、信息通信、小型基建等項(xiàng)目造價(jià)咨詢和可研初設(shè)評(píng)審工作。
