由教育部中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心研制的《中國(guó)文化國(guó)情教學(xué)參考框架》對(duì)中國(guó)文化和當(dāng)代國(guó)情的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行梳理和描述，旨在為海內(nèi)外大中小學(xué)、孔子學(xué)院（課堂）和其他中文教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)在文化課程設(shè)置、課堂教學(xué)、教材編寫(xiě)、學(xué)習(xí)者文化能力測(cè)評(píng)等方面提供參考和依據(jù)。它是國(guó)際中文教育領(lǐng)域第一部文化教學(xué)的參考框架，力求全面、系統(tǒng)、客觀地介紹中國(guó)文化和當(dāng)代國(guó)情，為促進(jìn)文明交流互鑒、豐富世界文化多樣性、構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體方面做出貢獻(xiàn)。 The Center for Language Education and Cooperation （hereinafter referred to as the CLEC） of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has researched and written the Framework of Reference for Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Language Education（hereinafter referred to as the Framework of Reference）， which defines and specifies the contents and goals of teaching Chinese culture and contemporary national conditions to provide a framework of reference for cultural courses， classroom teaching， textbook compilation and assessing students’ cultural competence in primary and secondary schools， colleges and universities， Confucius Institutes （classrooms） and other Chinese-teaching institutions at home and abroad. As the first framework of reference of its kind used in international Chinese language education， the Framework of Reference intends to provide a comprehensive， systematic， and objective introduction to Chinese culture and contemporary society and make contributions to promoting exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations， enriching the world’s cultural diversity， and building a community of shared future for humanity.
