At the age of 19, she was compelled to leave school after finishing the first grade of junior high school. She experienced despair, shed tears, and even contemplated suicide. In the spring of 2011, she realized her dream of attending university and decided to pursue a degree in social work. Her choice was influenced by the kindness she had received and her desire to assist others. In 2012, she was diagnosed with dystonia, which made her movements increasingly difficult. Nevertheless, with her indomitable spirit, she completed a heartwarming and poignant autobiographical novel, She Raised Me Up, telling the story between a disabled child and her grandmother.
