作者簡(jiǎn)介

  鄒善童:曾任500強(qiáng)企業(yè)及上市公司薪酬福利經(jīng)理、人力資源部經(jīng)理等職務(wù),現(xiàn)任某大型央企總部人力資源部副總經(jīng)理。作者具有深厚的人力資源理論基礎(chǔ)及管理實(shí)踐。從業(yè)二十年來,有過大型國(guó)企、外企、民企從業(yè)經(jīng)歷。對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源管理,特別是人力資源集團(tuán)管控、薪酬管理、人工成本管控和績(jī)效管理等方面具有獨(dú)到的見解。
