And I want to help try and build a more responsible society here in Britain. One where we don't just ask what are my entitlements, but what are my 't ask what am I just owed, but more what can I give.

若得人人各盡其職，不問所得，但問所能，不問己之所求，但問人之所需，四海之外，六合之內(nèi)，吾大不列顛國可皆撫而有之。

And a guide for that society - that those that can should, and those who can't we will always , the frail the poorest in our country.

We must take everyone through with us on some of the difficult decisions we have ahead.

前路若有艱難困苦之處，吾必與吾民共同進(jìn)退，不敢身居人后。

Above all it will be a government that is built on some clear values. Values of freedom, values of fairness, and values of responsibility.

邦不可無道。自由，平等，責(zé)任，此三者即吾輩之道，不可失之。

I want us to build an economy that rewards work. I want us to build a society with stronger families and stronger communities. And I want a political system that people can trust and look up to once again.

勞力者必有所得，勞心者必有所報；夫婦父子之道，不可墮也；民心之散也有時矣，在朝者不可不聚而復(fù)之。

This is going to be hard and difficult work. A coalition will throw up all sorts of , rebuilding community, above all, rebuilding responsibility in our

路漫漫而修遠(yuǎn)兮，吾輩須上下求索，披荊斬棘，后乃可以坐享天下，垂拱而治。父慈子孝，民心向古，人不忘其職，此皆吾一心之所系，亦吾輩耿耿所欲求。
